Due to the nature of the products we sell, we do not accept returns or exchanges for non-defective items. Please double check your order before placing it to ensure correct quantities, size, color, etc. We double-check all items we send out however, sometimes it is possible to receive a damaged item. If you think you have a damaged or defective item please contact us at email@example.com within 3 business days of you receiving your order. If you need to send an item back to us we do require it be mailed back to us within 3 days of contacting us and tracking.
Human errors are possible and mistakes do happen, if we send you incorrect items please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 business days so we can correct your order as quickly as possible. If the item is no longer available we will issue you store credit or a refund.
